Being an independent evaluator doesn’t mean we have to be a one-person show or a Jill-of-all-trades. Subcontracting can open new doors, strengthen relationships, build skills and expand opportunities for independent evaluators. During this session, let’s discuss practical and logistical considerations for subcontracting, and reflect on lessons learned from subcontracting.
