About the Presenter

Michelle Helman currently works as an independent consultant, supporting public and private sector organizations committed to adaptive learning and change to transform conflict and achieve mutual goals through facilitation and Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning praxis. She has 20+ years of professional experience in the US and internationally at the nexus of youth and community development, climate justice, health, education and business initiatives. As a Rotary Peace Fellow, Michelle recently worked in Colombia with the Kroc Institute monitoring the 2016 Peace Accord implementation and earned a MA in Peace & Conflict Studies.
