Terms like “evaluative thinking,” “evaluation culture,” and “learning” pop up time and again these days. The need for evidence-based decision-making is more critical today than any time before. This requires the involvement of every member on the team in the evaluation practice. A reflective and adaptive mindset is necessary to foster an engaging organizational culture.
